Sub: Clarification regarding limit of retired employees in Fast Track Courts appointment as contact basis

Sir,

              I am directed to invite a reference to above and to clarify that as per the observation of the Finance Deptt., Government of West Bengal dated 08.12.2006, no Govt. Employee should be re-employed beyond the age of 62. In each case of contract appointment of a retired Govt. Employee is the Fast Track Court prior approval of the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet is necessary.
