Dress of Judicial Officers and Advocates
জুডিসিয়াল অফিসারদের পোশাক
নিয়ম. 476. (1) বেঞ্চে সভাপতিত্ব করার সময় সমস্ত পুরুষ বিচার বিভাগীয় কর্মকর্তারা নিম্নলিখিত পোশাক পরবেন, যথা - (i) সিল্ক ব্যতীত অন্য কোনও কালো উপাদানের একজন কিং কনসেলের গাউন; (ii) হোয়াইট কলার এবং ব্যান্ড; (iii) যেকোনো প্যাটার্নের কালো কোট বা কালো চাপকান বা আচকান; এবং (iv) যদি কোটটি খোলা থাকে তবে একটি কালো কোমর কোট। (2) মহিলা বিচার বিভাগীয় কর্মকর্তারা নিম্নলিখিত পোশাক পরবেন,
যথা:
(i) সিল্ক ব্যতীত অন্য কোন কালো উপাদানের একজন কিং কনসেলের গাউন; (ii) সাদা কলার এবং ব্যান্ড; এবং (iii) যেকোনো প্যাটার্নের একটি কালো কোট।
দ্রষ্টব্য।-সমস্ত বিচার বিভাগীয় কর্মকর্তাদের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ পোশাক পরা বাধ্যতামূলক এবং বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে এবং হাইকোর্টের আদেশ ছাড়া নিয়মের কোনো বিচ্যুতি অনুমোদিত হবে না।
আইনজীবীদের পোশাক
নিয়ম. 477. (1) আইনজীবীরা, আদালতে উপস্থিত হবেন-তাদের পোশাকের অংশ হিসাবে নিম্নলিখিতগুলি পরতে হবে:
(ক) মহিলা আইনজীবী ছাড়া অন্য আইনজীবী
(i) কালো বোতামযুক্ত কোট বা কালো চাপকান, ব্যারিস্টারের গাউন এবং ব্যান্ড সহ আচকান বা শেরওয়ামি, অথবা
(ii) কালো খোলা ব্রেস্ট কোট, সাদা শার্ট, সাদা কলার, শক্ত বা নরম, ব্যারিস্টারের গাউন এবং ব্যান্ড সহ।
উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই, লম্বা ট্রাউজার্স (সাদা, কালো বা কালো ডোরাকাটা বা ধূসর) হবে।
(b) লেডি অ্যাডভোকেট
কালো ফুলহাতা জ্যাকেট বা ব্লাউজ, সাদা কলার, শক্ত বা নরম, ব্যারিস্টারের গাউন এবং ব্যান্ডের সাথে, শাড়ি বা লম্বা স্কার্ট (সাদা বা কালো) হবে। (২) আদালতে হাজির হওয়া মুখতাররা অ্যাডভোকেটদের পোশাকের মতো একই পোশাক পরবেন কিন্তু গাউন ছাড়াই এবং কালো বা সাদা চোগা বা একটি সাদা চাদর বুকে ক্রস করে চাপকান বা আচকান পরতে হবে।
Dress of Judicial Officers
Rule. 476. (1) While presiding on the Bench all male Judicial Officers shall wear the following dress, namely — (i) A King's consel's gown of any black material other than silk; (ii) White collar and bands; (iii) A black coat of any pattern or black chapkan or achkan; and (iv) if the coat is left unbuttoned, a black waist coat. (2) The female Judicial Officers shall wear the following dress,
namely :
(i) A king's counsel's gown of any black material other than silk; (ii) white collar and bands; and (iii) a black coat of any pattern.
Note.-The wearing of the full robes is compulsory for all Judicial Officers and no deviation of the rule will be allowed except in special circumstances and with the orders of the High Court.
Dress of Lawyers
Rule. 477. (1) Advocates, appearing before the Court-shall wear the following as part of their dress :
(a) Advocates other than lady advocates
(i) Black buttoned coat or black chapkan, achkan or sherwami with Barrister's gown and bands, or
(ii) black open breast coat, white shirt, white collar, stiff or soft, with Barrister's gown and bands.
In either case, long trousers (white, black or black striped or grey) shall be wom.
(b) Lady Advocates
Black full sleeved jacket or blouse, white collar, stiff or soft, with Barrister's gown and bands, Sari or long Skirt (white or black) shall be wom. (2) The Mukhtars appearing in court shall wear the same dress as that of Advocates but without the gown and with a black or white choga or a white chaddar crossed at the chest while wearing the chapkan or achkan.
